İskoç hükümeti, Cuma günü AB öğrencilerinin Birleşik Krallık resmi olarak AB'den ayrıldıktan sonra da ücretsiz ders alabileceklerini duyurduğu için övgü aldı. İskoçya’nın yüksek öğrenim bakanı Shirley-Anne Somerville’e göre, onu Birleşik Krallık’ta böyle bir taahhütte bulunan ilk hükümet yapıyor.
