Neden iskoçya'da eğitim görmeli İskoçya'da AB öğrencilerinin "hoş karşılandığına" dair "güçlü bir mesaj" veriyor. İskoç hükümeti, Cuma günü AB öğrencilerinin Birleşik Krallık resmi olarak AB'den ayrıldıktan sonra da ücretsiz ders alabileceklerini duyurduğu için övgü aldı. İskoçya’nın yüksek öğrenim bakanı Shirley-Anne Somerville’e göre, onu Birleşik Krallık’ta böyle bir taahhütte bulunan ilk hükümet yapıyor.
